EZR Mobile for Transit is a mobile text platform that enables transit companies to effortlessly engage in two-way communication with travelers.
Our multi-lingual "Smart Signs" are posted throughout the transit area, terminal, station, etc. Each different bus, subway car, etc. has it's own unique code to be able to help deliver the correct information to the passenger based on their current location. Simply by texting the unique code found on these signs, passengers will be able to receive the following directly on their mobile device:
• A text link to landing page that shows the access routes and schedules for the route they are on, as well as connections, and schedules for other modes of transportation they may be connecting to
• Updates about traffic, construction or vehicle maintenance related delays
We also offer our clients special signage to provide passengers with a way to report any suspicious activity in order to help keep them -- and the other passengers -- safe. They can use their mobile phone to send a text message directly to your security team who will be able to tell their exact location based on the code they have used.
